Nice relaxed session. Just enough to get going with 5m and smaller board but not that exciting so changed up to a larger board. Coupled with the 5m this allowed me to maintain speed and power through gybes and point a little higher upwind. Sailed to Aberdyfi and played to the deep water of the channel there then headed back to Ynyslas via the channels. Tide had now been dropping for a hour though and it was a little shallow over the sandbanks so decided to call it a day and go for a bike ride followed by a run, and then some gardening and a walk around the estuary.
